Notecase Pro v5.0.1 desktop edition released

Notecase Pro v5.0.1 desktop edition has just been released.

This release brings a major improvements:
new file format imports (Markdown) and exports (EPUB), speedups when saving documents,
and deleting (large) note branches.

Other changes include:
- make Note Tree/Text item selection marking more gray when widget is not in focus
- also add 1px wide frame around currently focused widget (Note tree vs text widget)
- add import from Markdown document
- add export to EPUB format (with "Created by NoteCase Pro" in unregistered/trial mode markers)
- improve lock detection when using document both locally or from network shared folder
- improve Merge Document, Diff View window layouts
- support sorting by columns in Merge Document
- faster "Save as" operations (69% faster ncdb to ncd, 21% faster ncdb to ncdb operation)
- deleting notes/branches is 2-2.5x faster now
- ensure clipboard contents get stored when application exits
- fix: possible memory leak to some calls to sqlite C++ wrapper (in NoteCase .ncdb file format upgrade)
